Project RED Friday is eligible to receive $9 towards their care package program for every volunteer that assists in game day operations.
The 10/20 game against Tulsa, check in at 5:30am, kickoff is at 11.
Workers in the parking lot will work 6-11, about 5 hrs
Workers inside the stadium will work 6- after everyone has left the stadium (about an hr after the game is over. About 8+ hrs.)
Dress required: solid white collar shirt, black pants (not jeans), black belt and solid black shoes.
Parking lot workers can bring a chair, snacks and cooler (we recommend an insulated water bottle). Workers are assigned to a University parking lot. They will check parking passes to make sure they are in the right lot, got the right game day pass and remove the stub from the bottom of the pass.
Inside stadium workers will be assigned a location or job. Job could include checking bags, directing people to their seats and general crowd control.
Workers can also work both areas. They will leave the parking lot and go back to our home area to be reassigned inside the stadium.
Workers inside the stadium can bring a clear water bottle (no yeti type bottles, has to be clear). Smile and be polite! If you have problems or questions, call us.
Volunteers will need to complete the required paperwork as well as provide a copy of your DL & SS Card.
All money raised by the volunteers go to Project RED Friday for care packages.
